I have been a Dragon assessor and trainer for more than 20 years. I have introduced Dragon to hundreds of people, including doctors, lawyers, professors, writers, journalists, office workers, and university students. I have also led advanced workshops for other Dragon trainers.

Coaching and Workshops for Experienced Dragon Users

I help Dragon users work faster and more accurately, with less frustration and downtime.
Dragon users often complain about inaccuracy, instability, and user-unfriendliness. However, when approached with understanding, Dragon can be highly accurate, stable, and a pleasure to use.
With over 20 years experience with Dragon, I've developed effective strategies to circumvent many issues. Now, I guide people so they can master Dragon.
Sessions can be in-person or virtual. I offer individual coaching and group workshops. Clients generally benefit from one to three sessions, although there is no minimum requirement. Possible topics:

Custom Dragon Commands
Increase Dragon's versatility
Custom Dragon commands save time, reduce effort, and relieve frustration, and are less error-prone than Dragon's built-in commands.
Here are the three main reasons I develop custom commands for clients:
- Custom commands streamline complex tasks: Some tasks require users to say five, ten, or more separate voice commands. I design custom commands to automate multi-step processes, allowing users to complete a complex task with a single utterance.
- Custom commands improve access to incompatible applications: Certain tasks are impractical — or impossible — to perform by voice when using software Dragon doesn't support. I "voice-enable" these applications, allowing users to interact with them quickly, easily, and accurately.
- Custom commands are easier to remember and say: Dragon's built-in commands can be difficult to remember and pronounce, especially when they exceed five or six syllables — some are 15 syllables long! I create intuitive commands that are easier to recall and say.

I can "coax" Dragon to handle speech differences
Dragon does not work well for people who have certain accents, or who have speech-related disabilities. I use special training protocols to help Dragon respond more accurately to these individuals.

Dragon Training for IT Professionals
Unlock the power of Dragon for your team
