Alan is very interesting speakers with a great sense of humor and ability to keep everyone interested. He is Great!

Participants will know techniques to enable keyboard-only users to operate a Windows-based PC faster, more accurately, and with less energy expenditure.
Customize Windows to improve keyboard-only access.
Create global shortcuts for launching applications and opening folders and files.
Learn ways to use macro software to speed and ease keyboard-only access.
Modify Microsoft Word to improve its keyboard-only interface.

Full day course please! Offer the more basic course also!
Needs to be longer-too short. One session on just macro express, need to focus on one area and expand on that. I.e. “word” keyboard shortcuts
Wonderful learning experience. It must be assigned a full day. Alan is an very good instructor
There is enough information that this should be made into two full day course-so that we could actually practice and really learn how to use the information
Allow more time to learn the information. This would make a great full day or two day course
Make it a full day course and add his other course into two days
