Overview
During this hands-on session, you will create macros that enable users with disabilities to operate a Windows-based PC faster, easier and more efficiently. The objectives are:
- Know five kinds of tasks that can be performed easier and faster using macro software, and several macro software packages that run under Microsoft Windows.
- Script five different kinds of Macro Express macros.
- Use Word features, e.g., the set of 1000 built-in commands, the macro recorder, and AutoCorrect to create macros and macro-like features.
- Create, test, debug, and perfect macros to resolve — or minimize — access problems encountered by people with disabilities when using Microsoft Windows and various Windows applications.
