Courses for Professionals

Seminars on disability and accessibility

Instructor Dena Shumila demonstrated JAWS and an Alva 544 Satellite Braille Display during a recent workshop.

In some parts of the world, the technical professions are male-dominated, and most people have little exposure to assistive technologies. Here, instructor Dena Shumila captivates a group of Spanish product developers as she demonstrates a screen reader and refreshable Braille display.

Overview

We proudly offer the following training programs to our corporate and government clients. We also offer advanced training to assistive technologists, ergonomists, and health care providers.

We tailor each course to fit your organization's needs. We can adjust the length and technical level of a course, or add or remove topics.

All sessions are conducted at your workplace. We travel anywhere. Organizations across North America, Europe and Asia have hosted us, including American Express, Hewlett-Packard, the Government of Canada, and the University of North Carolina.
