Campus Adaptive Computing Consulting

Helping colleges and universities plan and
implement adaptive technology support services

Overview

Danny Hilton Chalfen, Ph.D. helps campuses establish adaptive technology services.

Danny is available to help your campus with many program planning needs. Often, campuses are "stuck" and unable to move forward in implementing adaptive technology services. There are many reasons for this common situation. He has successfully helped campuses get unstuck, and move ahead to establish effective support services.

Danny advises in these areas:

  1. Providing technology support for people with learning disabilities.
  2. Providing reading materials in alternative formats (Braille, e-text, speech output, large print, html, foreign language, etc.)
  3. Developing an equipment loaner pool for providing flexible accommodations.
  4. Developing workplace accommodation strategies for employees with disabilities.
  5. Providing ergonomic support for repetitive strain injuries, including prevention education.
